Job Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to customers regarding banking products and services.
  • Explain offers, schemes, and benefits in a professional manner.
  • Handle customer queries and maintain proper follow-up.
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
  • Maintain accurate customer data and call records.
  • Ensure quality communication and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria
  • Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
  • Minimum 6 Months Experience in Calling/BPO/Sales Process preferred.
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge required.
