Job Description

Job Purpose:

To lead and strengthen Human Resource processes by managing and implementing effective HR practices in defined areas.

This role will report to Jotun India - Head HR and will be based at Mumbai.

Responsibilities will include (not be limited to):

  • Lead talent acquisition and onboarding efforts, including managing campus programs and building a strong entrylevel talent pipeline.
  • Oversee talent development initiatives to build critical capabilities and support employee growth.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure fairness, competitiveness, and compliance
  • Lead HR analytics by tracking workforce metrics and delivering insights that guide business and talent decisions.
  • Oversee performance management processes to drive clarity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to strengthen an inclusive workplace culture.
  • Drive employee engagement programs and feedback mechanisms that enhance connection and satisfaction.
  • Administer annual incentive and bonus cycles in line with company policies and governance standards.
  • Serve as custodian of HR policies, ensuring consistency, compliance, and clear communication across the organization.

Experience: 10+ Years of experience in the core HR domain

Qualification: MBA in HR / MHRM
