Role & Responsibilities
To own and accelerate the acquisition, engagement, and retention of clients on the Hubblevplatform. You will be the product leader for the entire client lifecycle, responsible for building avself-sustaining engine that drives demand for our reward and incentive solutions.
What You'll Do
- Demand Strategy: Develop and execute a product-led growth strategy to attract and onboard new clients (B2B). This includes setting up strategic, data-driven digital funnels.
- Client Insights & Deepening: Lead product discovery and data analysis to deeply understand existing client behavior. Identify opportunities to drive deeper product adoption, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Product Roadmap: Own the product roadmap for all demand-side features, including client dashboards, campaign creation tools, user analytics, and reporting suites.
- Digital Acquisition: Collaborate with marketing and sales to design and optimize digital acquisition channels, using the product itself as a key lever for growth.
- Lifecycle Management: Define and build product features that improve the entire client journey, from initial sign-up and onboarding to long-term retention and advocacy.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience as a Product Manager/ Growth manager for 5+ years in a high growth tech company environment
- A strong background in product-led growth (PLG), with a portfolio of features that drove user acquisition and engagement.
- Highly analytical and data-driven; comfortable with user analytics tools, A/B testing, and cohort analysis.
- Experience building client-facing dashboards, reporting tools, or other complex B2B features.
- Excellent at collaborating with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to achieve business goals.
