Job Title: Lead Group Consolidation

About the Role: Hindalco is looking for a seasoned finance professional to lead group‑level consolidated financial reporting for a large, listed, multi‑entity organization.

This role is responsible for quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements, ensuring full compliance with Ind AS, IFRS, US GAAP and SEBI (LODR) requirements. You will work closely with Indian and overseas subsidiaries, statutory auditors, treasury, risk management, and ERP teams, while also playing a key role in process standardization and finance transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Responsibility for quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements across subsidiaries, JVs, and associates
• Application and interpretation of Ind AS, IFRS, US GAAP, SEBI (LODR) in a highly complex reporting environment
• Leadership of GAAP conversions and Fit‑for‑Consolidation (FFC) for overseas entities
• Close partnership with statutory and Big‑4 auditors, resolving complex accounting matters with sound judgment
• Driving standardization, governance, and consistency in accounting practices across the group
• Active involvement in finance transformation and ERP‑enabled process design (Oracle / GL / AP)
