About the Role

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Lead Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience designing for YouTube content and a strong eye for visual storytelling. You'll work closely with editors, and other creative teams to develop engaging visual assets that enhance our content and strengthen our brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality graphics and visual assets for YouTube content and digital platforms.
• Support the creative ideation process by developing concepts, graphics, and design assets that enhance storytelling.
• Design illustrations, icons, infographics, presentations, and other creative assets as required.
• Work closely with editors to provide visual elements that complement video production.
• Maintain consistency in branding and visual identity across all projects.
• Contribute to motion graphics requirements whenever needed.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as a Lead Graphic Designer.
• Prior experience designing for YouTube content is mandatory.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital and creative design work.
• Proficiency in:

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Illustrator

Figma

• Working knowledge of Motion graphics (Adobe After Effects or similar tools is a plus).
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced creative environment and manage multiple projects.
