We are looking for a creative and strategic Lead Designer to drive visual storytelling, brand consistency, and innovative design solutions across digital and offline platforms. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, a sharp design eye, and the ability to manage multiple projects while mentoring a team of designers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the design team across branding, digital, social media, campaigns, presentations, and marketing collaterals.
- Conceptualize and execute creative ideas aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, product, and leadership teams to deliver impactful visual communication.
- Review and maintain high-quality design standards across all deliverables.
- Translate business requirements into engaging and user-centric creative solutions.
- Oversee project timelines, workflows, and ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and emerging design practices.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to elevate overall team performance.
- Manage external agencies, freelancers, and production vendors when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in graphic design, branding, or creative design roles.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign design, digital creatives, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and UI/UX fundamentals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience in team handling and cross-functional collaboration is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Motion graphics and video editing knowledge.
- Experience working with digital-first brands or advertising agencies.
- Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or other collaborative design tools.
