About the Company
A Fortune 200 company is building out its Global Capability Centre (GCC) in India and has partnered with Flexiple to hire a Lead Graphic Designer to head its in-house creative studio. The centre already runs finance, technology, and operations functions locally, and design is the next capability being stood up on the ground. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
Role Overview
As Lead Graphic Designer, you will set up and run the visual design function for the GCC, translating global brand guidelines into work a distributed enterprise can trust, while building out the local team and its processes.
Key Responsibilities
Studio Setup and Standards
- Establish design workflows, templates, and a shared asset library for the India studio
- Localise and enforce the global brand system across decks, campaigns, and internal collateral
- Set quality bars and turnaround SLAs for a high-volume enterprise request queue
Team and Stakeholder Management
- Hire, onboard, and manage a growing team of graphic designers
- Act as the design point of contact for regional business and marketing stakeholders
- Report progress and capacity plans to global brand leadership
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 6 to 10 years in graphic design, including experience leading a team or studio
- Proven fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and enterprise brand systems
- Experience translating a global brand guideline into consistent, high-volume local execution
- Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience inside a GCC, shared-services centre, or large enterprise design function
- Exposure to setting up a design team or function from scratch
