Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• GLS Strategy & Execution: Defines and executes the netlist validation plan, including zero-delay and SDF (back-annotated) simulations.
• Environment Setup: Ports UVM/SV testbenches to GLS and automates regression flows.
• Debugging & Analysis: Resolves complex X-propagation, timing (setup/hold), and initialization issues.
• Specialized Validation: Performs Power-Aware GLS (UPF/CPF) and validates DFT/scan chains.
• Leadership: Mentors team members and collaborates across geos to ensure design maturity.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience: 7–15 years in ASIC/SoC hardware verification.
• Skills: Expert in SystemVerilog/Verilog, SDF, timing, and EDA tools (VCS/IES/Conformal).
• Architecture: Knowledge of x86/ARM, power management, and scripting (Python/Perl).
