Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, India, for a Lead Generator. The Lead Generator will focus on identifying potential partners and clients, qualifying leads, and managing the initial stages of the sales process. Responsibilities include researching and identifying sales opportunities, managing lead databases, performing client outreach via emails or calls, and scheduling meetings for the business development team. Regular follow-ups with potential clients, analyzing market trends, and contributing to lead generation campaigns are key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong research and analytical skills to identify sales opportunities and understand market trends.
- Proficiency in communication, both verbal and written, and confidence in engaging with potential clients through emails, calls, and presentations.
- Experience utilizing CRM tools, maintaining lead databases, and managing client records to streamline the sales pipeline.
- Ability to develop and execute lead generation strategies and contribute to overall business development campaigns.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, advertising, or experience with startups and growth consulting is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
