Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Generator located in Kanpur. The Lead Generator will be responsible for sourcing and qualifying leads, fostering relationships with potential clients, and identifying sales opportunities. The role involves conducting market research, utilizing cold messeging and email strategies, and maintaining accurate records of leads and sales activities. The Lead Generator will closely collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience and skills in lead generation, cold messeging, and nurturing client relationships through social media
  • Ability to conduct market research and identify sales opportunities effectively
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and tools for tracking leads and managing data
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment
  • Previous experience in the vacation rental or hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
