Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Generator to identify potential clients and business opportunities. This role is ideal for freshers who are self-motivated, have good communication skills, and want to kickstart a career in sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience- Minimum 6 Month
  • Research and identify potential leads through online sources, social media, and databases.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, emailing, and networking.
  • Maintain and update lead databases with accurate and relevant information.
  • Qualify leads based on company criteria and pass them to the sales team.
  • Follow up with potential leads to nurture relationships.
  • Assist in developing lead-generation strategies to improve outreach.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):
  • Internship experience in lead generation or sales.
  • Understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
