We are looking for a proactive and energetic Lead Generator Field Scouting who will be responsible for identifying and generating new business leads by visiting construction sites, residential projects, commercial buildings, and industrial developments. The candidate will play a key role in expanding our sales pipeline through direct market scouting and relationship building.

Key Responsibility:

  • Visit ongoing construction sites, new residential projects, commercial buildings, and redevelopment projects.
  • Identify potential elevator requirements (new installation, modernization, or replacement).
  • Collect details of builders, architects, contractors, and property owners.
  • Build strong relationships with site engineers, project managers, and decision-makers.
  • Maintain daily lead reports with project details and contact information.
  • Coordinate with the Sales/Business Development team for follow-ups.
  • Achieve monthly lead generation targets.
  • Represent AOS Elevators professionally in the market.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred.
  • 12 years of experience in field sales, lead generation, or construction-related scouting (preferred).
  • Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.

Required Skills:

  • Strong observation and networking skills.
  • Good communication and persuasion ability.
  • Basic understanding of construction sites and infrastructure projects.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Reporting and documentation skills.

Compensation:

  • Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives.
