Tech Trek Events is a leading B2B event organizing company that curates high-quality corporate conferences and summits for software and technology companies across the UK, US, and Europe.

We bring together global industry leaders, innovators, and professionals to discuss emerging trends, exchange insights, and build valuable business connections.

Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive interns who are passionate about B2B events, marketing, and business outreach.

You will gain practical experience in speaker acquisition, delegate outreach, and sponsorship acquisition while working across multiple upcoming international events.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth research to identify potential speakers, sponsors, and delegates for upcoming events.

Perform LinkedIn targeting, LinkedIn outreach, and mass emailing to engage potential participants.

Use professional communication to onboard speakers, sponsors, and delegates for assigned events.

Maintain and update accurate records in internal databases.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.

Support overall event growth, lead generation, and brand outreach activities.

Requirements

Must have a personal laptop and an active LinkedIn account with more than 100+ connections.

Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.

Strong research and outreach abilities.

Interest in B2B events, marketing, sales, or business development.

Must be able to commit full-time for at least 6 months.

Good to have: Prior experience in lead generation, LinkedIn targeting, or event industry outreach.

Work Timings

Monday to Friday: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM (IST)

Alternate Saturdays: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
