Client: Bangalore based entity of a Global service company providing asset management and other services to its affiliates across the globe.

Roles & Responsibility:
Build targeted prospect lists based on industry, geography, and firm size criteria
Identify decisionmakers using online research, directories, and enrichment tools
Create and execute outbound email sequences tailored to specific market segments
Manage outreach performance using CRM and campaign tools
Track opens, replies, conversions, and pipeline progression
Maintain clean, accurate data across all systems
Qualify inbound responses and route highintent leads to senior team members
Handle unsubscribes, bounces, and negative replies professionally
Continuously refine targeting, messaging, and workflows for scalability
RequirementsQualification & Experience:
Prior experience of 8+years in financial services, SaaS, or professional services lead generation
Exposure to U.S. midmarket or SMB segments
Familiarity with email deliverability best practices and outbound automation tools
Experience with outbound prospecting or lead generation in B2B environments
Strong research skills and familiarity with tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Clearbit, or similar
Ability to write concise, compelling outreach emails
Understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Comfortable working with structured workflows and performance metrics
Detailoriented with strong organizational habits
Ability to manage highvolume outreach while maintaining personalization
