Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and research target accounts, companies, and decision-makers
- Build and maintain high-quality prospect lists aligned to defined ICPs
- Support ongoing lead generation efforts across multiple business lines
Outbound Outreach & Engagement
- Execute outbound campaigns through:
- cold email outreach
- LinkedIn prospecting
- follow-ups and engagement sequences
- Personalize messaging to improve response and engagement rates
- Continuously optimize outreach based on performance
Lead Qualification
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria
- Identify decision-makers, business needs, and potential fit
- Ensure only relevant and high-quality leads are passed to sales
Campaign Support
- Work closely with marketing teams to support:
- campaign-driven lead generation
- landing page follow-ups
- event or content-based outreach
- Assist in executing multi-channel lead generation campaigns
CRM & Data Management
- Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach, and interactions in CRM
- Ensure data hygiene, tracking, and reporting consistency
- Track key metrics such as response rates, meetings booked, and conversions
Performance Optimization
- Monitor outreach and lead generation performance
- Suggest improvements in messaging, targeting, and campaign execution
- Continuously improve lead quality and engagement outcomes
