Lead Generation Specialist

About the Role

We're looking for a driven Meeting Setter to join our outbound sales team, focused on the India market. This is a fully remote, results-driven position ideal for someone who thrives on outreach and hitting targets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, email, and/or LinkedIn to generate qualified leads
• Book meetings between prospects and the closing sales team
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity in the CRM
• Follow up consistently with leads to maximize conversion to booked meetings
• Meet or exceed monthly meeting-setting targets

Requirements

• Prior experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or appointment setting (B2B experience preferred)
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote, results-based environment
• Comfortable using CRM tools and outreach platforms
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for calls
