Role Summary

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who can run and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and social media platforms to generate quality leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run lead generation campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Create and optimize ad copies, targeting, and budgets
  • Generate quality leads and improve conversion rates
  • Track performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
  • Improve CPL (cost per lead) and campaign ROI through regular optimization
  • Coordinate with sales team to ensure lead quality
  • Support social media promotions and engagement
  • Share weekly/monthly campaign performance reports
Required Skills
  • 2–5 years experience in lead generation / performance marketing
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Basic understanding of landing pages and conversion tracking
  • Good analytical skills and ability to optimize campaigns
  • Comfortable working with targets and timelines
Preferred (Good to Have)
  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads
  • B2B lead generation background
  • Knowledge of CRM tools like Zoho/HubSpot

  • Leads generated per month
  • Cost per lead (CPL)
  • Lead quality and conversion rate
  • ROI from campaigns
