Role SummaryWe are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who can run and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and social media platforms to generate quality leads for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Run lead generation campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Create and optimize ad copies, targeting, and budgets
- Generate quality leads and improve conversion rates
- Track performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
- Improve CPL (cost per lead) and campaign ROI through regular optimization
- Coordinate with sales team to ensure lead quality
- Support social media promotions and engagement
- Share weekly/monthly campaign performance reports
Required Skills- 2–5 years experience in lead generation / performance marketing
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Basic understanding of landing pages and conversion tracking
- Good analytical skills and ability to optimize campaigns
- Comfortable working with targets and timelines
Preferred (Good to Have)- Experience with LinkedIn Ads
- B2B lead generation background
- Knowledge of CRM tools like Zoho/HubSpot
KPIs- Leads generated per month
- Cost per lead (CPL)
- Lead quality and conversion rate
- ROI from campaigns
