Role Overview:
At ToggleNow, we are looking for a dynamic Lead Generation Specialist to drive our business development efforts. This role focuses on identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads to strengthen our sales pipeline. You will engage in proactive outreach, research, and collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to convert opportunities into business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calling to prospective clients across target industries.
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and contact information.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the field sales or pre-sales team.
- Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns and follow up on inbound inquiries.
- Understand client needs and pitch relevant solutions.
- Achieve weekly/monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in cold calling and handling objections.
- Basic understanding of sales funnels and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
