Role Summary:
The Lead Generator will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads to support the sales pipeline. This role requires strong communication skills, research capability, and a proactive approach to outreach.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify potential leads and target accounts.
- Reach out to prospects via email, phone, and social platforms.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead information.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Track outreach performance and share insights regularly.

Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct structured research.

- MS office excellence
- Basic understanding of sales processes.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Selfmotivated and targetdriven.

Experience:
2-4 years of experience in lead generation, sales support, or market research.
