Requirements

Experienced/ Fresher

Well-versed in spoken and written English

Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

Team Player

Good time management skills

Intermediate-level computer skills

Experience in BPO and Sales background in financial products (loans, Insurance, etc.) will be highly regarded

We are looking for young enthusiastic people who are team players and can add value to a dynamic team

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct Outbound calls to the campaign

Source new sales opportunities through lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails

Understand customer needs and requirements through discovery calls.

Upsell other products wherever possible.

Nurturing of current leads in the pipeline and past clients from our Database

Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets.

Achieve KPIs including Contact Volumes, Lead Generation, Growth, and Client Satisfaction
