Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Lead Generation Specialist role based in Vadodara. Key responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, conducting market and client research, and collaborating with the sales team to support outreach efforts. The specialist will also nurture relationships with potential clients and maintain accurate records of all lead generation activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in generating new leads and identifying business opportunities
• Strong skills in Lead Generation and Sales for reaching potential clients effectively
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with stakeholders
• Proficiency in conducting Research to identify viable markets and customer segments
• Ability to manage client relationships and collaborate with a sales team to achieve targets
• Proficient understanding of CRM tools and lead-tracking software is an advantage
• Previous experience in a similar role or in the engineering/software sector is highly desirable
