Job Description

We are hiring a Lead Generation Specialist.

About Us

Omega Orion is a custom software development company. We are growing fast, and we need someone who can fill our calendar with qualified meetings. Not leads in a spreadsheet. Actual conversations with actual decision makers.

About the Role

You will own outbound lead generation end-to-end. No hand-holding. No micromanagement. You get the target, you figure out the approach, you build the system, you book the meetings.

We care about one thing: meetings booked with the right people. If your idea of lead gen is blasting 10,000 generic emails and hoping for the best, this is not the role for you.

What You Will Actually Do (Day to Day)

- Buy domains, set up mailboxes, configure DNS (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), warm them up, and get them ready to send

- Write cold email sequences that people actually want to reply to

- A/B test everything. Subject lines, openers, CTAs, send times. Constantly improve.

- Run LinkedIn outreach using Sales Navigator and tools like Dripify, Expandi, or Phantombuster

- Build laser-targeted lead lists using Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, or whatever gets the job done

- Verify every email before it hits a campaign. Zero tolerance for bad data.

- Run multichannel sequences. Email on Monday, LinkedIn on Wednesday, follow-up on Friday. You get the idea.

- Personalize at scale. Not Hi first_name personalization. Real personalization that shows you did the homework.

- Keep the CRM clean and updated. Every lead, every status, every note.

- Report numbers weekly. Open rates, reply rates, positive replies, and meetings booked. No hiding behind vanity metrics.

Who You Are

- You have 2+ years of real outbound lead generation experience. Not theory. Not courses. Actual campaigns you ran and results you got.

- You have set up cold email infrastructure from scratch at least once. You know what a warm-up schedule looks like and why your DMARC policy matters.

- You have used tools like Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, Apollo, or Sales Navigator and you have opinions about which ones are better and why.

- You have done LinkedIn outreach that actually got replies. Not 500 connection requests with a pitch slapped in the note.

- You can show us your numbers. Open rate, reply rate, meetings booked per month. If you cannot remember your metrics, that tells us something.

- You write well. Cold outreach is copywriting. If your emails read like a template, we will pass.

- You do not need someone to tell you what to do every morning. You plan your own day, manage your own pipeline, and flag problems before they become disasters.

Bonus Points If You

- Have run multichannel campaigns (email + LinkedIn + calling in one sequence)

- Know your way around Zapier, Make, or n8n for automating workflows

- Use AI tools smartly for prospecting or copywriting (not as a crutch)

- Have worked with IT services, SaaS, or consulting companies

- Have experience targeting US, UK, European, or Middle Eastern markets

Compensation

We are flexible. Fixed monthly salary, pay per meeting booked, base plus performance bonus, or a mix. Tell us what works for you and we will figure it out.
