B. About Your Role

We are looking for a Lead Generation & Performance Marketing professional to join our Marketing Department. In this role, you will drive end-to-end lead generation and performance marketing initiatives across digital channels, helping to drive qualified pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and revenue.

C. Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, cold email, outbound campaigns, and networking
  • Build and manage lead databases and schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Plan and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms
  • Monitor campaign performance, ROI, lead quality, and conversions
  • Conduct A/B testing and improve campaign performance through data-driven insights
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to support business growth

D. Required Qualifications & Experience

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in lead generation or performance marketing

Essential technical skills

  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, and CRM tools
  • Experience with B2B lead generation and outbound strategies
  • Good analytical, communication, and reporting skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
  • Experience in a MSMEs
  • Exposure to international markets
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar tools
