Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Generation Specialist, based in Kochi, Kerala. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through research and outreach, building and maintaining a pipeline of prospects, and initiating meaningful conversations with potential clients. The role will also entail collaborating with the sales team to nurture leads and meet business development objectives, as well as developing strategies to optimize the lead generation process.

• Proven experience in lead generation and identifying new business opportunities
• Strong skills in communication and relationship building
• Ability to conduct thorough research to identify target markets and potential clients
• Background in sales or business development is an advantage
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in CRM and lead tracking tools
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Relevant academic qualifications, such as a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
