We are looking urgently looking a Lead Generation Specialist who has strong experience in appointment setting within the IT Services sector. Lead Generation Specialist to identify and qualify potential clients for our International IT services (Software Development and Data Analytics). You will use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Email, and Cold Calling to generate leads, nurture prospects, schedule appointments, and build a steady pipeline for the sales team.

Purpose of Job

Lead Generation and lead nurturing senior associate to lead our efforts in targeting specific customer segments through Prospecting and sourcing relevant data,strategic outreach via LinkedIn Email, other tools, calls and to be able to schedule meetings for sales, and BD teams. Must haveProficiency in Excel. This role demands hands-on experience with Data, prospecting tools, an analytical mindset, and a results-oriented approach to driving qualified leads into the sales funnel.

Essential Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Previous experience working in a startup or agency environment.

Familiarity with CRM.

Duties

Designed and executed outbound lead generation campaigns tailored to specific target groups (TG) across industries and geographies.

Proven ability to generate and qualify International leads (US, EU, etc).

Hands-on experience with Apollo and ZoomInfo.

Experience scheduling qualifi ed appointments for the sales team

Leverage tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, Snov.io, and Hunter for prospecting and outreach.

Write compelling and personalized email and LinkedIn message sequences aligned with our brand and offerings.

To be able to schedule in -person / virtual meetings for qualified leads

Define and monitor KPIs such as open rates, response rates, meetings booked, and conversion rates.

Continuously A/B test messaging strategies, subject lines, timing, and audience targeting for optimal performance.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of campaign goals.

Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and campaign information.

Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in outbound lead generation and email marketing.

Required Qualification

4-5 years of experience in outbound lead generation, preferably in IT/Tech/B2B services.

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn automation tools, Apollo, Lemlist, and Hunter for prospecting and outreach.email outreach platforms.

Strong copywriting skills tailored to cold outreach.

Ability to define and track campaign KPIs and make data-driven decisions.

Understanding of buyer personas and segmentation strategies.

Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.

Self-starter with a growth mindset and results-driven approach

Salary and additional information

Office Hours: 5 days a week with first and third Saturday working.

Office timing: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
