Timings: 06:00 pm to 03:00 am

Location: Mohali, Phase 8B (100% onsite)

We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to support our sales and business development efforts across B2B and B2C markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads through multiple outbound channels, contributing directly to revenue growth and pipeline development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate high-quality leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and social selling.
  • Identify and engage decision-makers including C-level, VP, and Director-level stakeholders.
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and hand over sales-ready opportunities to the sales team.
  • Manage and maintain accurate lead and customer data using CRM tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Lusha.
  • Execute targeted outbound campaigns for IT services, SaaS, and product-based organizations, primarily in US and Canada markets.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and account management teams to identify new business opportunities.
  • Track daily activities, pipeline status, and conversion metrics, ensuring consistent follow-ups.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
  • Support account management initiatives by maintaining long-term client relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or sales development roles.
  • Strong experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in IT services, SaaS, or technology-driven environments.
  • Hands-on expertise in cold calling, email marketing, and LinkedIn prospecting.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and lead intelligence tools (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Lusha).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
