Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Lead Generation Executive to support our digital marketing efforts. The role involves identifying, attracting, and converting potential leads through various online channels to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads through digital platforms (LinkedIn, Google, email campaigns, social media, etc.)
  • Execute outbound lead generation activities (cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, calling if required)
  • Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns to drive lead acquisition
  • Maintain and update lead data in CRM tools
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and pass them to the sales team
  • Track, analyze, and report lead generation performance
  • Optimize campaigns for better conversion rates
  • Research potential clients, industries, and market trends

Skills & Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in lead generation or digital marketing
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and online lead tools
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Data-driven mindset with analytical skills
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
