Job Title: Senior Outbound Lead Generation Specialist

(IT Services / Digital Product / Design-led Company)

Exp: 6-8 Years

Location: Remote

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced outbound lead generation professional to build and execute structured, high-quality outbound motions. This role focuses on generating qualified discovery meetings with senior stakeholders across global markets and directly contributing to SQL pipeline creation.

You will own outbound strategy, execution, reporting, and optimization working closely with BDMs and marketing to drive predictable meeting flow.

Key Responsibilities

1. Account & ICP Development

  • Build and maintain ICP-based target account lists across priority segments (SaaS, Healthtech, Fintech, Logistics, Enterprise product companies).
  • Conduct deep account research (product, tech stack, org structure, growth signals).
  • Run Account-Based Marketing (ABM) motions for high-value accounts including stakeholder mapping and role-specific messaging.

2. Outbound Campaign Execution

  • Plan and execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone).
  • Design and run structured, multi-step sequences.
  • Craft personalized outreach copy tailored to role and industry.
  • Make cold calls, handle objections, and drive conversations toward booked discovery calls.
  • Continuously test and optimize subject lines, cadences, and messaging.

3. Lead Qualification & Meeting Booking

  • Qualify prospects based on fit, authority, intent, and timing.
  • Book high-quality discovery meetings aligned with ideal customer profiles.
  • Focus on SQL-quality meetings, not just volume.

4. CRM & Reporting (HubSpot-led)

  • Use HubSpot as the primary CRM and system of record.
  • Manage lists, workflows, sequences, and task queues.
  • Maintain accurate lead status and pipeline tracking.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly reporting on:
  • Activities
  • Meetings booked
  • Show rates
  • SQL pipeline created

5. Collaboration & Optimization

  • Work closely with BDMs and marketing to refine messaging and ICPs.
  • Leverage AI and sales tools to enhance research and personalization.
  • Use performance data to improve reply rates, meeting conversion, and list quality.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 68 years of experience in outbound lead generation or inside sales within IT services, digital product, or design-led companies.
  • Proven track record of booking qualified meetings with senior stakeholders (Founder, C-level, VP, Head of Product/Design/Engineering) in global markets.
  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (lists, workflows, sequences, reporting).
  • Experience using modern sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Instantly, or similar.
  • Excellent written and spoken English with confident communication across email, LinkedIn, and phone.
  • Strong research capability to create highly personalized outreach.
  • Comfortable handling cold calls and early-stage objections.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze outreach performance metrics.
  • Process-oriented and collaborative in cross-functional environments.
  • Self-starter with ownership mindset and ability to meet clear monthly targets.

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM and outbound workflows.
  • Experience designing and running multi-channel outbound sequences.
  • Ability to qualify and book high-intent meetings.
  • Comfort with remote collaboration tools and async communication.
