Role Description:

We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to generate qualified leads for our digital services, including SEO, PPC, Website Development, Mobile App Development, and Digital Marketing.

This role is focused on outbound lead generation through LinkedIn, cold email outreach, and other strategic prospecting methods. The ideal candidate should be proactive, analytical, and capable of generating consistent sales opportunities.

This is not just an e-marketing role; this is a pipeline-building role.

Key Responsibilities

Generate qualified leads for the company's services, including SEO, PPC (Google & Meta Ads), website development, mobile app development, and other digital marketing services. Research and identify target companies and key decision-makers, and build high-quality prospect lists using platforms such as LinkedIn, online directories, and lead databases.

  • LinkedIn Outreach: Conduct targeted LinkedIn outreach to connect with decision-makers, initiate conversations, and generate qualified opportunities for the sales team.
  • Email Marketing & Cold outreach: Execute personalized email and cold outreach campaigns to engage prospects, nurture leads, and drive qualified meetings.
  • Data & CRM Management: Execute personalized email and cold outreach campaigns to engage prospects, nurture leads, and drive qualified meetings.
  • Campaign Optimization: Monitor outreach performance, analyze results, and continuously optimize campaigns to improve response rates and lead quality.

Required Skills

  • Experience in B2B lead generation, cold email outreach, LinkedIn for lead generation
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to research and identify decision-makers
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, websites)
  • Experience working for a digital marketing agency
  • Experience using tools like: Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Lemlist / Instantly / Mailshake, Hunter / Snov.io
  • Experience in US/UK market outreach

Compensation Structure: Base Salary + Performance Incentives
