Role Overview
This is a high-impact foundation role designed for an ambitious leader who will evolve into Chief Sales Officer (CSO). You'll own lead generation, customer acquisition, and investor outreach to drive explosive growth. Compensation is performance-based: revenue percentage (up to 10-15% on closed deals) + significant equity stake, positioning you as a future executive stakeholder. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach high-potential customers in Europe and US (B2B SaaS and AI/ML solutions for sectors) via cold outreach (GMB and LinkedIn) or any other method of your choice.
- Pitch our AI/ML solutions to generate qualified leads, demos, and conversions.
- Network with investors, VCs, and angels for funding rounds and securing meetings.
- Collaborate with product/content teams to refine messaging and track ROI on leads.
- Report weekly on pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.
Requirements
- Experience in lead gen/sales for AI/ML, SaaS, or tech startups (Europe/US markets preferred).
- Proven track record closing deals; bonus for investor relations experience.
- Expertise in outbound strategies (email, calls, social selling, messages) and CRM tools.
- Strong communicator with English fluency; multilingual (German/French/Spanish) a plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: thrive on commission/equity, hungry to scale to CSO.
