Position Title: Lead Generation Executive – Full Time
Electrify Services is one of the fastest-growing engineering services start-ups and is looking for a Lead Generation Executive to play a key role in helping us build the foundation for our Sales and Marketing teams. This is an individual contributor role with a direct impact on company growth. We would like to see this position grow as the company evolves.

Major Job Duties
Ø Work closely with the Electrify leadership team to develop and implement appropriate prospecting strategies.
Ø Conduct high-volume prospecting (60-100 activities per day) to generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and social media.
Ø Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
Ø Expertise in proposal drafting
Ø Schedule meetings and calls for the management team for new leads.
Ø Effectively communicate the company's services and solutions to prospects
Ø Stay up to date on new products, services, and solutions.
Ø Conduct needs qualification calls with specific prospects as assigned.
Ø Set yourself up for a successful career by learning the necessary fundamentals to be a great salesperson, leader, and executive.
Ø Keep prospective client database updated.
Ø Increase company involvement with existing clients
Ø Other duties as assigned.

We are Looking For People Who Have
Ø 1+ years of successful experience in a sales environment, positioning a service or technology solution. An electronics background would be a plus.
Ø Must know about different tools of lead generation.
Ø Knowing Social media to generate a lead.
Ø Experience calling on senior executives & technical decision-makers within all-sized organizations.
Ø Highly energetic and motivated, with strong attention to detail
Ø A passion for sales and technology
Ø A track record of high achievement
Ø Identify and manage risk
Ø Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ø Basic knowledge of Microsoft suites- Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Ø The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment with peers who challenge you to be better.

Ø Previous sales experience in which you demonstrated the ability to meet or exceed sales quotas a plus (but not required)
