Shift: US shift 6.30pm to 3.30am or 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM

Location: Goa(WFO)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. As an SDR, you will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities by identifying potential customers, qualifying leads, and supporting the early stages of the sales cycle. This role is perfect for individuals who are energetic, curious, and eager to build a career in sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify prospective customers and target accounts.
  • Conduct outbound outreach through cold calls, emails, and social networking platforms.
  • Qualify leads using predefined criteria and schedule discovery calls for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure aligned messaging and strategy.
  • Maintain and update CRM records to track leads, activities, and progress.
  • Support marketing campaigns with outreach efforts and optimize messaging for better response rates.
  • Primarily support the top-of-funnel sales activities, with occasional involvement in handling smaller deals.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate degree in any discipline.
  • Freshers are welcome; prior internship or exposure in sales and Presales lead generation is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong research and prospecting abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads, multitask, and maintain detailed records.
  • Goal-driven mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
