About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and growth-driven Lead Generation Executive who is ethical, hardworking, and strongly analytical. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in LinkedIn lead generation, affiliate marketing, freelancing platforms, and lead-scraping tools. This role requires someone who can think strategically, generate high-quality leads consistently, and contribute to building scalable outreach systems.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute targeted lead generation campaigns to identify and qualify prospects.

  • Perform cold calling, cold emailing, and email marketing (including follow-ups and nurturing).

  • Develop outreach strategies, messaging flows, and connection sequences.

  • Manage lead generation and actively generate leads from freelancing and review platforms.

  • Build and grow affiliate partnerships to drive consistent lead flow.

  • Use lead databases and automation tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo, and scraping tools.

  • Maintain accurate lead data and tracking through CRM systems.

  • Research ideal customer profiles (ICP) and decision-makers.

  • Support leadership in improving outreach strategies and funnels.

  • Share weekly/monthly performance reports for leads, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and cold emailing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Lead Generation or Business Development (US/UK markets).

  • Strong expertise in outbound lead generation, cold calling, cold emailing, and email marketing.

  • Experience managing and growing company profiles on freelancing and review platforms such as Upwork, G2, Clutch, Fiverr, and similar marketplaces (beyond profile optimization).

  • Ability to write basic content for outreach and marketing use cases.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Exposure to affiliate marketing, ZoomInfo, scraping tools, and data extraction extensions.

  • Strong research, problem-solving skills, and a results-driven mindset.

  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple platforms and strategies.


Preferred Attributes:

  • Support basic content writing for outreach, email campaigns, and marketplace descriptions.

  • Create basic graphics (Canva-level) for profiles and outreach assets.

  • Highly organized, quick learner, adaptable to new tools, and committed to continuous improvement.
