As a Lead Generation Specialist, you'll drive lead generation, supporting marketing and sales. Your responsibilities include sourcing high-quality leads, building/managing lead lists, and qualifying leads via outreach and tools. You'll learn lead generation, meeting setup, and enhance your B2B marketing skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and source leads through a variety of tools such as Apollo, Hunter, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify leads by reaching out via cold emails, phone calls, and other communication channels to generate interest in our services.
- Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and optimize cold email campaigns to effectively engage prospects.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to booked meetings.
- Data Management and Reporting: Manage lead lists, ensuring data accuracy and quality in CRM, and track/report on lead generation efforts, providing insights for improvement.
- Tool Optimization: Leverage AI and automation tools to enhance lead generation efforts and explore new tools to improve efficiency.
- Autonomy: Manage your tasks independently, being proactive in resolving challenges and finding alternative solutions when needed.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing, with a proven track record of generating and qualifying leads.
- Familiarity with lead generation tools such as Apollo, Hunter, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Proficient in using AI tools for research, automation, and outreach (e. g., AI-based email crafting, automation tools).
- Experience with cold email campaigns, from writing compelling copy to sending and tracking outreach.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage potential leads and effectively convey the value proposition.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and strategies, showing resourcefulness when faced with challenges.
- A tech-savvy mindset with a passion for learning and exploring new solutions in lead generation.
- Knowledge of CRM systems (e. g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
