This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Generation Specialist, based in Jaipur, India. The role involves identifying and researching potential leads, managing lead generation campaigns, and developing strategies to generate and qualify leads. The specialist will work closely with the sales team to drive business growth and establish strong communication with potential clients. The candidate will also contribute to maintaining relationships and identifying new sales opportunities.

• Proven experience in Lead Generation and identifying new leads to drive business growth
• Strong Communication and Sales skills to effectively interact with clients and negotiate opportunities
• Proficiency in Research to analyze market trends and identify potential clients
• Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team to meet targets and achieve objectives
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office Suite
• Previous experience in IT or cloud infrastructure is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
