Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate qualified B2B leads through multiple channels.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients aligned with business goals
- Conduct market and account research to identify decision-makers and key stakeholders
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass sales-ready leads to the sales team
- Manage and update CRM systems with accurate lead and activity information
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies
- Track, analyze, and report lead generation metrics and performance
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in B2B lead generation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 23 years of proven experience in B2B lead generation or inside sales
- Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and sales cycles
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, and lead databases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
