What You'll Do:
- Execute cold email campaigns to book high-quality B2B appointments.
- Conduct LinkedIn outreach using Sales Navigator to identify and engage decision-makers.
- Personalize messaging to improve reply rates and meeting conversions.
- Manage multi-touch sequences and follow-ups for consistent appointment flow.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure sales-ready appointments / SQLs.
- Maintain accurate lead data and outreach activity in the CRM system (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Collaborate with sales teams for smooth handoff of booked appointments.
- Track metrics such as open rates, reply rates, SQLs generated, and deals influenced.
- Test messaging, sequences, and targeting strategies to improve outreach efficiency.
- Provide insights to optimize pipeline flow, engagement, and conversion.
- Work with marketing and sales teams to align targeting and messaging.
- Document workflows, templates, and best practices for scaling outbound campaigns.
- Continuously refine processes to improve appointment volume and lead quality.
What We Are Looking For:
- 23 years experience in B2B lead generation or outbound appointment setting in financial services.
- Proven track record of setting SQLs and contributing to deal closures.
- Exposure to US and UAE markets is highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience with cold email and LinkedIn outreach / Sales Navigator.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills to engage decision-makers.
- Hustle attitude hungry to build, learn, and continuously improve.
- Metrics-driven, organized, and able to work independently.
Role Details:
- Start date: Immediate | Full-time
- Location: Bangalore On-site Preferably (Remote/Hybrid considered)
- Exposure: Take ownership of outbound LinkedIn and email campaigns for pipeline growth for a global consulting brand and AI product.
- Impact: Directly responsible for generating qualified appointments and SQLs to drive deals in the US, UAE and APAC markets.
