Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for a Lead Generation Specialist (LinkedIn Outreach). The specialist will be responsible for identifying potential clients on LinkedIn, initiating and maintaining effective outreach campaigns, and nurturing leads through regular follow-ups. The role involves building strong relationships with prospective clients to contribute to the company's business growth. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with prospect research, personalized outreach, and pipeline building for sales teams. Key tasks will include identifying, engaging, and qualifying B2B prospects throughLinkedIn outreach and email marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and researchpotential B2B clients using LinkedIn Sales Navigatorand other prospecting tools
  • Execute and manageLinkedIn outreach campaigns(connection requests, follow-ups, and messaging sequences)
  • Plan, launch, and optimize cold email campaigns for lead generation
  • Write personalized,high-converting LinkedIn messages and email copy
  • Build and maintain accurate prospect lists and CRM records
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Track outreach performance (open rates, reply rates, conversions) and optimize campaigns accordingly
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies
  • Stay updated on best practices forLinkedIn prospecting, cold emailing, and B2B demand generation

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 12 years of experience in B2B lead generation, inside sales, or demand generation
  • Proven experience withLinkedIn B2B outreach and cold email marketing
  • Strong written communication skills with an ability to personalize messaging at scale
  • Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
  • Familiarity withemail outreach tools(Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, Mailshake, etc.)
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and improve performance
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Understanding of B2B sales funnels and ICP targeting
  • Basic knowledge of marketing automation and lead scoring
  • Experience working with international clients or global B2B markets
