Job Description

We are hiring for a Lead Generation Sales Executive to join our team for the Lodha Real Estate sales process. This is an outbound calling role, perfect for individuals with good communication skills who are looking to work in the real estate sector. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to generate leads for the Lodha Real Estate process.
  • Effectively communicate with potential clients to understand their needs and generate interest.
  • Maintain a professional and persuasive demeanor to contribute to sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

  • Qualification:HSC Pass or a graduate.
  • Communication:Good English communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
  • Work Schedule: The shift timing is from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

Compensation & Interview Process

  • Salary: 17,000 to 20,000 in-hand per month.
  • Incentives:Unlimited incentives based on performance.
  • Interview Rounds: There will be 2 rounds of interviews.
