Lead Generation Manager Role Specification
Role Overview
Title: Lead Generation Manager / Business Development Manager
Reports to: Dharan (Founder)
Location: Ahmedabad or Kochi (with UK hours overlap)
Core Responsibilities
1. LinkedIn Outreach (via Partner Accounts)
Manage LinkedIn Sales Navigator across multiple partner profiles
Send personalised InMails and connection requests targeting:
Founders/CFOs at recently funded startups (Seed to Series B)
Fractional CFOs seeking execution partners
Finance leaders at scaling businesses (20-100 employees)
Nurture conversations from connection through to trial booking
Maintain CRM records of all touchpoints and responses
2. Email Outreach (via Partner Accounts)
Write personalised email sequences for warm/targeted prospects
Coordinate with outsourced bulk email agency on:
List requirements and ICP definitions
Messaging alignment with Unreconciled positioning
Quality control of leads before handoff
Handle replies and convert interested prospects to discovery calls
3. Lead Research & List Building
Build targeted prospect lists using:
Crunchbase/PitchBook for recently funded companies
LinkedIn Sales Navigator searches
Growth List / Fundraise Insider databases
Enrich data with decision-maker contacts
Segment lists by ICP fit score
4. Partnership Development
Identify and approach potential white-label partners (fractional CFO firms, startup advisors)
Manage referral partner relationships
Track referral pipeline and attribution
5. Reporting & Optimisation
Weekly metrics reporting: outreach volume, response rates, meetings booked, pipeline value
A/B test messaging and subject lines
Maintain clean CRM data in ClickUp/HubSpot
