Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation & IT Sales with proven expertise

in CRM tools and a strong background in IT sales. The ideal candidate will demonstrate

international exposure, quantifiable sales metrics, and exceptional communication and

negotiation skills. This role is pivotal in driving qualified leads, nurturing prospects and

contributing to monthly closures in a fast-paced tech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Outreach

Utilize LG tools for real-time lead generation across global markets

Conduct daily cold calls and email outreach campaigns with personalized messaging

Track and improve response rates and engagement metrics

Identify and qualify prospects aligned with target industries

Maintain and update CRM systems with lead status and follow-ups

Engage with prospects across multiple Regions

Skills & Competency Assessment

Deliver compelling presentations and product pitches to decision-makers

Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication across channels

Conduct in-depth account research to identify Decision makers and client pain points

Track interactions and progress using CRM tools

Required Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in IT sales and lead generation

Hands-on experience with LG tools and CRM platforms

Strong analytical and research capabilities

Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills

Experience in SaaS, Tech services, or enterprise IT solutions
