Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Lead Generation Intern role based in Pune. The intern will be responsible for identifying and generating new leads, conducting market research to uncover potential clients, and assisting in developing strategies to expand the customer base. Daily tasks will include maintaining a database of leads, managing outreach activities, and supporting the sales team in converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and other online channels.
  • Assist in creating and sharing social media content to attract potential clients.
  • Conduct basic market research to target relevant businesses.
  • Help draft and schedule outreach messages, email copies, and follow-ups.
  • Manage and update lead databases.
  • Brainstorm new digital strategies to improve lead generation.
  • Participate in internal discussions and meetings with the marketing team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and online lead-generation methods.
  • Understanding of social media marketing fundamentals.
  • Good communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to research and identify relevant audience groups.
  • Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced marketing environment.

Work Mode:

  • On-site, Full-time Kondhwa, Pune
  • Immediate joining preferred
