Job Description

Position:Lead Generation Intern

Location: Remote

Duration: 4 Months

Commitment: 4 hours/day, 5 days/week

Stipend: Rs 1000 per month

We are looking for a motivated anddetail-orientedintern to join our sales team. This role is primarily focused ondriving and supporting our lead generation efforts.

What You Will Do:

Your main goal is toidentifyandqualifynew business opportunities. Your key responsibilities will be centered on building and managing our sales pipeline:

  • Lead Research:Conduct market research toidentifyand gather information on potential clients.
  • CRM Management:You willbe responsible forthe health of our sales data. This involves updating andmaintainingthe CRM system to ensure all lead information isaccurateand well-organized.
  • Lead Tracking:Monitorleads as they progress through the sales pipeline,assistin scheduling follow-ups, and document interactions to ensure no opportunity is missed.
  • Sales Support:Assistthe sales team by creating and refining PowerPoint presentations for client pitches and analyzing data from digital marketing campaigns to see how theyimpactlead generation.

Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a candidate who is currently pursuing or has recently completed a degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

  • Key Skills:Strong research and analytical abilities are essential.
  • Communication:You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tools:Proficiencyin PowerPoint isrequired. Prior experience with a CRM is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Attitude:A highly organized individual who can multitask and is eager to learn.

This internship provides practical exposure to sales operations, CRM, and marketing analysis. You will receivementorship,a completion certificate, and top-performing interns may be considered for future full-time roles.
