Job Description (KRA to be Delivered):

Special Project

Lead Scrubbing from database

Handling inbound call queries and escalations

Following up with the internal team to provide quick updates to the client

100+ Connected calls on a daily basis

Maintain data in the DSR

Should filter out prospects and share with the respective team

Outbound calls to identify the prospective leads.

Communicate with customers and qualify the lead

Keep prospective client database updated.

Maintain discipline in Data update and company policies.
