We are now hiring a Lead Generation Expert to build and optimize a predictable outbound engine that connects us with high-intent fashion and jewelry brands.

About the Role

As a Lead Generation Expert at Kaptured.AI, your mission is simple: build a scalable outbound system that consistently generates qualified meetings and pipeline.

This is not just a lead sourcing role. You will be responsible for identifying the right accounts, crafting outbound messaging that gets responses, and building systems that convert cold outreach into real business opportunities.

A key part of this role is driving outreach across international markets, especially the US, Europe, and UAE, and turning prospect interest into booked sales conversations.

You will work closely with founders and growth teams to create a repeatable engine that drives conversations with founders, creative directors, eCommerce heads, and marketing leaders across fashion and jewelry brands.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Research & Qualification

  • Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) for Kaptured.AI
  • Identify and source relevant target accounts across:
  • Mid-market retail and eCommerce brands
  • Gather and qualify leads across US, Europe, and UAE markets
  • Use buying signals to identify high-intent prospects, including:
  1. New collection launches
  2. Hiring activity
  3. Paid ad activity
  4. SKU expansion
  5. Brand growth signals
  • Segment prospects by:
  1. Geography
  2. Revenue stage
  3. Catalog size
  4. Brand maturity

Build enriched lead lists with verified contact details and LinkedIn profiles

2. Outbound System Building

  • Create and manage scalable cold email sequences
  • Design and execute LinkedIn outreach workflows
  • Run LinkedIn outreach and email outreach to sourced leads
  • Build multi-channel outbound systems across email + LinkedIn

Continuously A/B test:

  • Subject lines
  • Hooks
  • CTAs

Positioning angles

Set up reporting systems and dashboards to track performance

3. Messaging & Outreach Copy

  • Write short-form cold emails that drive replies
  • Create follow-up sequences that improve conversion rates
  • Develop high-response LinkedIn outreach messages
  • Adapt messaging for different buyer personas and markets
  • Ensure communication is clear, sharp, and commercially relevant

4. Meeting Generation & High-Intent Lead Conversion

  • Reach out to qualified leads and book discovery/demo meetings
  • Qualify prospects before handoff to the sales/founding team
  • Understand how to identify and convert high-intent leads into booked calls
  • Improve reply-to-meeting conversion rate
  • Coordinate calendars, follow-ups, and CRM tagging :-
  1. Track booked-to-show performance
  2. Ensure smooth handoff from prospecting to sales conversation

5. Performance Tracking & Revenue Metrics

You will own and report on:

  • Leads sourced per day / per week
  • Reply rate
  • Positive response rate
  • Meetings booked
  • Show-up rate
  • Pipeline contribution

Your role will be measured by pipeline quality, meeting output, and conversion efficiency, not just outreach volume.

Tools You Should Be Comfortable Using

  • Instantly / Smartlead
  • Apollo / Clay
  • HubSpot or similar CRM
  • Email verification tools
  • Domain warming and deliverability systems

Performance Expectations

  • Consistent sourcing of high-quality international leads
  • Strong reply and meeting booking performance
  • Ability to build repeatable outbound workflows, not just one-off campaigns
  • Clear understanding of how to identify and engage high-intent buyers
  • High level of ownership over pipeline generation
  • Strong execution with a clear focus on revenue impact

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B lead generation, SDR, outbound sales, or growth roles
  • Proven ability to book qualified sales meetings
  • Experience working on international outbound markets such as US, Europe, or UAE
  • Strong understanding of:
  1. Cold email systems
  2. Deliverability
  3. Multi-channel outreach

Prospect qualification

  • Strong knowledge of how to identify and convert high-intent leads
  • Data-driven approach to testing and optimization
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills
  • Ability to build systems, workflows, and outbound processes

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with SaaS, AI, or B2B service companies
  • Understanding of fashion, D2C, or eCommerce brands
  • Experience building outbound systems from scratch
  • Familiarity with founder-led sales or early-stage growth environments
