Are you good at online research and finding the right business opportunities Manbhadra Fincorp is looking for a smart and detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive who can identify high-value clients and professional partners for our loan consultancy business.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has strong research skills using Google, LinkedIn, and AI tools
• Can identify quality leads instead of just quantity
• Has good analytical and communication skills
• Is proactive and curious to explore new data sources
• Has basic knowledge of finance or real estate (preferred)
• Graduate in any stream (mandatory)

Freshers can also apply.

What you'll do:

• Research and identify potential loan clients, builders, property brokers, and Chartered Accountants (CAs).
• Use Google Search, LinkedIn, business directories, and AI tools to find relevant contacts.
• Verify and filter leads to ensure high-value and relevant prospects.
• Identify premium client segments (5 Cr+ loan potential) and relevant professional networks.
• Continuously explore new online sources and methods to improve lead quality.
• Support the business development team with accurate and well-researched leads.

Work Details:

• Location: Indore (Work From Office)
• Working Days: As per company policy
• Salary: Fixed (Discussed during interview)
