Lead Generation Executive

Location: Delhi / Remote-friendly

Compensation: Base + Commission

Type: Full-time

4th Column is looking for a Lead Gen Executive to help us build a stronger pipeline of brands we want to work with.

This isn't a role for someone who wants to send a hundred generic messages and call it outreach. We're looking for someone who can identify the right prospects, start relevant conversations and turn interest into qualified opportunities.

• Own lead generation and outreach end-to-end
• Research and identify relevant D2C and lifestyle brands
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Reach out to decision-makers through relevant channels
• Book qualified discovery calls
• Follow up and nurture prospects
• Help move cold leads towards signed briefs

• Strong communication and outreach skills
• Experience in lead generation, business development or B2B sales
• Ability to research, qualify and engage prospects
• Comfortable with follow-ups and pipeline management
• Agency or B2B business development experience is a plus
• Self-driven, persistent and commercially sharp
• Allergic to fluff. Hungry for results.
