Position: Lead Generation Executive

Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Mode: Remote/Hybrid
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM. (6 days working)
Experience Required: 12 Months – 3 Years in Sales / Lead Generation
Preferred Qualification:
MBA, BBA, PGDM, Marketing, Sales, Business Management
Industry Preference: EdTech / B2C / Inside Sales experience preferred
Compensation: Up to ₹4 LPA Fixed + Up to ₹2.5 LPA Performance Variable
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Lead Generation Executive who can identify, qualify, and nurture prospects to build a strong sales pipeline and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect Research
- Identify target prospects through LinkedIn, job portals, communities, and databases
- Research colleges, students, professionals, and business opportunities
Lead Qualification
- Validate leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and CRM
- Segment leads based on quality and buying intent
Pipeline Management
- Maintain and update CRM/database daily
- Share qualified leads with sales/business development teams
- Ensure proper follow-up tracking
Market Intelligence
- Research competitors, pricing, and audience behavior
- Identify new acquisition channels
Reporting
- Daily activity reports
- Weekly lead conversion analysis
- Pipeline health reporting
KPIs
- 40–80 qualified leads per day
- 95%+ data accuracy
- Lead-to-meeting conversion ratio
- Follow-up completion rate
- CRM hygiene score
- Weekly pipeline contribution
