Job Description

Job Title: Lead Generation Executive US Market

Location-Vadodara (Onsite)

Timing-UK Shift(1pm to 10pm)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Executive International Market to identify and generate qualified leads from global markets. The candidate will be responsible for building a strong sales pipeline through strategic research, outbound outreach, and lead qualification across regions such as the USA..

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential international clients through online platforms, databases, and market intelligence tools
  • Generate leads via cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and other outbound channels
  • Target international markets including North America, Europe, Australia, Middle East, and Asia-Pacific
  • Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, decision-makers, and timelines
  • Maintain accurate records of prospects and activities in CRM systems
  • Coordinate with international sales and business development teams
  • Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and convert leads into sales opportunities
  • Meet weekly and monthly international lead generation targets
  • Stay updated with global market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • 14 years of experience in international lead generation, inside sales, or B2B sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Experience in international cold calling and email outreach
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead databases
  • Ability to work with different time zones and cultures

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in IT services, SaaS, digital marketing, or consulting services
  • Knowledge of international sales cycles and B2B buying behavior
  • Exposure to US, UK, European, or Middle East markets
  • Understanding of GDPR and international data compliance (basic)
